One click generates a practice-specific plan across every QOF domain, benchmarked against your ICB, PCN and peers, backed by prescribing data, and written to close the gap. The largest recoverable opportunity sits in cholesterol control, where the gap looks like a treatment gap but tracks a low recording rate. Address the recording first.

Example plan. Comparator percentages, points and value are published QOF 2025/26 figures for England; the practice column is illustrative, not one practice's results. Your own plan ranks every indicator by the value at risk for your practice, so which three appear at the top will be yours, not these.

✦ AI QI plans

A bespoke, practice-specific plan across every domain: the position, ranked priorities, and named actions with owners and effort. Built to discuss at a practice meeting and drive improvement, led by your clinical lead.

Beyond the points

Combines your QOF achievement with OpenPrescribing, CVDPREVENT and National Diabetes Audit data: one analysis across every data source, not just the payment rate. That reaches the care QOF does not pay for, from SGLT2 inhibitor uptake across kidney disease, heart failure and type 2 diabetes to four-pillar therapy in heart failure.

Act on the findings

Every action names the search, tool, owner and review route, with search paths for your electronic medical system search provider and messages for your text messaging service provider. Patient messages invite appropriate review; Datim-QI does not offer or prescribe a named medicine.

About

Built from the reality of general practice

Datim-QI was founded by Dr John Gillespie, a practising GP, to turn published NHS data into focused, usable quality-improvement work. It is deliberately more than another dashboard: it connects the financial and clinical signals, explains what matters, and helps a practice move from a result to a reviewed action plan.
